## What does the deck fitter do?

You type a title and a deck. It counts characters, shows what a 60-character title and a 155-character deck keep, and warns you if the useful part sits after the cut. The preview updates as you type.

## How to use it

Put the product name and the job in the title before the character limit, not after it.

Write the deck so the first 155 characters still say who it is for.

If the warning says the point lands after the cut, move that clause forward. Do not shrink the idea by deleting the noun.

Use the fitted lines as the homepage row and the search snippet. The full story can be longer on its own URL.

### Are 60 and 155 characters a ranking rule?

No. They are the lengths that commonly survive a homepage row and a search snippet. A longer title can be correct on the page and still be cut in a preview.

### Should the deck repeat the title?

No. The deck should add the person, the hour, or the limit that the title did not fit.

### Does this check keywords?

No. It checks whether the words you already chose will still be visible when the line is shortened.
