It is filed under categories and tags, the product is named in the page, and the page contains one dofollow link. Five free pages go live each day, in queue order. A $29 page goes live the day it is ready and does not take a free slot. The homepage lists it that day. ### How is this different from a logo listing? A logo listing is a record in a catalog. A Lede Press publication is something a person can read, with the link in the text. The homepage is the index of those pages. ### Is the link dofollow? Yes. Every published page has one dofollow link. The anchor does not use nofollow, sponsored, or ugc. After publish, open the URL and inspect the link. That attribute is guaranteed. A ranking is not. ### What does it cost? Projects are free. One free publication is allowed per website if your site displays a Lede Press badge that links back here. Additional publications for that website are $29. Both include a guaranteed dofollow backlink on an editorial page. The $29 plan also includes an SEO and GEO optimized article, a published Pinterest pin about that article, and IndexNow submission from the dashboard. Agencies often charge $500 to $1,000 for one editorial backlink. ### What do SEO and GEO mean here? On the $29 plan the article is edited for search engines and for answer engines. SEO is the title, summary, headings, and the link in context. GEO, generative engine optimization, is a direct opening that states what the product is, who it is for, and where the link goes, so an answer engine can quote it. The free plan does not include that pass.
